1. Electrical Project Engineer
Job Description:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in electrical engineering within the construction, contracting, or EPC industry, with at least 4 years in a senior or supervisory capacity.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design tools
- Familiarity with local and international Standards (Kahramaa, QCDD etc)
- Proven track record in delivering medium-to-large scale building, infrastructure, or industrial projects, with exposure to both design and site execution.
- Must have UPDA Certificate with Grade A or B
- Proven ability to ensure compliance with project specifications, QA/QC requirements, and HSE regulations across all phases of construction.
2. Project Coordination - Fit Out
Job Description:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- 4+ years of experience with a strong understanding of commercial, retail, and high-end interior fit-out projects, including joinery, MEP coordination, and finishing works
- Proven ability to assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating all phases of fit-out projects from inception to handover
- Skilled in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings, shop drawings, and material specifications

3. Procurement Manager
Job Description:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in contracts and procurement, including 10+ years in the GCC construction/infrastructure sectors
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline
- MRICS or equivalent chartered membership preferred
- Certified Procurement Professional (CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent)
- In-depth knowledge of contract law, FIDIC, vendor management, and procurement risk
- Proven experience in Tier-1 main contracting environments
- Strong leadership in procurement strategy, claims handling, and project support
- Proven ability to interpret and administer construction contracts, including subcontractor agreements and client contracts
- Hands-on experience in contract negotiation, claims management, and dispute resolution within large-scale construction projects
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
4. Project Manager
Job Description:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s is a plus).
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in civil construction, in Qatar.
- Proven experience in managing infrastructure, building, or mixed-use development projects.
- Strong understanding of local construction codes, labor laws, and regulatory procedures.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
- PMP certification is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Must be currently in Qatar with valid QID and NOC (preferred).
5. Construction Manager
Job Description:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 8 years in a managerial role in Qatar.
- Proven track record of managing medium to large-scale construction projects.
- Excellent knowledge of local construction regulations, standards, and materials.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid Qatar Driving License preferred.
