- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Engineering, or related field?
- Post Graduate certification in Supply Chain Management (SCM)?
- Post Graduate certification in Export & Import Management (EXIM)?
- Diploma in Materials Management preferred?
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, and warehouse management?
- At least 5+ years of experience in Qatar or Middle East operations?
- Proven experience in oil & gas industry projects with major clients (Shell, Total, ONGC, etc.)?
- Experience managing EPC contracts and offshore/onshore operations?
- Track record of managing multi-million USD procurement budgets?
- Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification?
- Project Management Professional (PMP)?
- Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP)?
- ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001/45001, EMS 14001 Lead Auditor?
- IMDG, ADR dangerous goods certifications?
- H2S, First Aid & CPR certifications?
- Required Skills & Competencies
- Expertise in port operations, vessel management, and cargo handling?
- Advanced knowledge of import/export procedures and customs regulations?
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and warehouse operations?
- Understanding of QHSE standards and compliance requirements?
