We are seeking a highly qualified and skilled Financial Manager to oversee and manage the financial activities of our group of companies. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across subsidiaries.
- Monitor cash flow, revenues, expenses, and overall financial performance.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for executive management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

2. Project Coordinator (Fit-Out Works)
The Project Coordinator will support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing fit-out projects. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to ensure smooth operations across different project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in day-to-day project coordination and execution.
- Prepare, update, and track project schedules, reports, and documentation.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor project progress and report potential delays or risks.
- Coordinate site activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Support procurement processes by preparing material requests and tracking deliveries.
- Organize project meetings, prepare minutes of meeting (MOM), and follow up on action points.
- Maintain proper records of project correspondence, drawings, and approvals.
- Ensure smooth handover of completed projects to clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in fit-out or interior contracting projects (Qatar/GCC experience preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of project management software (MS Project / Primavera P6) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Familiarity with Qatar’s construction standards, permits, and regulatory requirements.
- Valid Qatar Driving License preferred.
