1. Financial Manager

We are seeking a highly qualified and skilled Financial Manager to oversee and manage the financial activities of our group of companies. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across subsidiaries.

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for executive management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

The Project Coordinator will support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing fit-out projects. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to ensure smooth operations across different project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager in day-to-day project coordination and execution.
  • Prepare, update, and track project schedules, reports, and documentation.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Monitor project progress and report potential delays or risks.
  • Coordinate site activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
  • Support procurement processes by preparing material requests and tracking deliveries.
  • Organize project meetings, prepare minutes of meeting (MOM), and follow up on action points.
  • Maintain proper records of project correspondence, drawings, and approvals.
  • Ensure smooth handover of completed projects to clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in fit-out or interior contracting projects (Qatar/GCC experience preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of project management software (MS Project / Primavera P6) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Familiarity with Qatar’s construction standards, permits, and regulatory requirements.
  • Valid Qatar Driving License preferred.
