Qualification:
- 8+ years of experience, and must be QE-approved with QE project experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of PTW systems, safety protocols, and regulatory standards
- Valid safety certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH) preferred
- Manage and control Permit to Work (PTW) systems on-site
- Ensure all work activities are carried out in accordance with safety procedures and permit conditions
- Coordinate with HSE teams, site supervisors, and contractors to validate work permits
- Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with approved permits
