1. Paralegal Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal Assistant with at least five years of legal experience within Qatar and the GCC. The ideal candidate will support our legal team in case preparation, documentation, client coordination, and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist lawyers in preparing legal documents, filings, case summaries, and correspondence.
  • Draft and review letters, memos, and basic legal templates under the supervision of attorneys.
  • Conduct legal research and compile relevant laws, regulations, and court procedures in Qatar and GCC jurisdictions.
  • Maintain, organize, and update case files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with clients, courts, government entities, and external stakeholders.

This role involves advising clients, drafting legal submissions, representing parties in hearings, and coordinating all phases of arbitral proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in domestic and international arbitration cases across sectors such as construction, commercial, energy, real estate, and infrastructure.
  • Draft and review arbitration pleadings, witness statements, expert reports, and legal submissions.
  • Advise clients on dispute resolution strategy, case merits, risks, and potential outcomes.
  • Handle matters before arbitration institutions, and tribunals.
  • Conduct legal research on Qatari laws, international arbitration principles, and applicable procedural rules.
  • Participate in oral hearings, cross-examinations, and settlement negotiations.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate arbitration clauses in commercial contracts.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (Master’s degree is an advantage).
  • Minimum 7 years litigation experience, ideally within Qatar or GCC.
  • Strong command of Qatari civil, commercial, criminal, and procedural laws.
  • Excellent drafting skills in Arabic (essential) and English (preferred).
  • Strong advocacy, analytical thinking, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage high-volume caseloads.
  • Valid QID or ability to transfer sponsorship (preferred).

4. Senior Associate Lawyer Litigation ( Egyptian national only)

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Associate Lawyer with a minimum of 10 years’ experience of post-qualification. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of handling complex legal matters, mentor junior lawyers, and managing client relationships with confidence and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice and representation in litigation.
