Required jobs in Al Jassim Group and their details:

1. Secretary Cum Coordinator

To work with Real estate and Asset management in all aspects Secretary work, leasing, administration, facility functions as and when required. Functional Responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage correspondence, making reports and other important documents given by department head.
  • Gather quotations for furniture, appliances and mattress etc.
  • Prepare LPO, coordinate with suppliers for delivery and prepare reports for finance for payment Receive and file important contracts and correspondences for all properties and projects etc Attend meeting, (MBR, Hotel committee, budget and outstanding meeting, etc) and prepare minutes for HOD approval.
  • Prepare media schedule every month, coordinate with the newspaper company, monitor daily advertisements, and ensure everything was properly posted according to media schedule.
  • Receive invoice, sign and forwarded to the finance.
  • Open, read, route and distribute incoming mail and other material and prepare answers to routine letters.
  • Arrange and confirm appointments and inform all the parties involve earlier prior to the appointment period.
  • Setup and maintain filing systems for easy retrieval.
  • Prepare attendance and overtime timesheet for real estate staff Prepare petty cash claim for facility management.
  • Prepare stationery and office supply orders for the department.
  • Leasing/facility/customer service:
  • Receive calls; communicate verbally and in writing to answer all inquiries and request of tenant's Direct communication to facility staff to arrange requests received from tenant on the same day Receive calls for complaints and directed to concerned person.
  • Arrange in setting up luxury apartments upon tenant's requests. (Making memo for finance to purchase necessary items).
  • Prepare offers and quotations and follow-ups.
  • List down all inquiries for apartments, warehouse, and tower Prepare letters for tenants with regards to Kahramaa registration.
  • Perform all work as and when necessary, in absence of leasing coordinator.
  • Note- Experienced candidates only should be applied this position.
  • Education qualification must be minimum bachelor's degree.

2. Coffee Machine Technician

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coffee Machine Technician is responsible for Installation of coffee machines, and repair Machines at customer, store, our group premises and in the workshop, conduct preventive maintenance and calibration services.
  • Repair, install and adjust coffee machines
  • Respond to breakdown call outs
  • Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance
  • Keep track of machines and spare parts inventory
  • Inform the line manager about inventory requirements
  • Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Any other duties given by the management from time to time
  • Conducting demo about the servicing techniques of all the coffee machines brand
  • Complete the task within the shortest time possible as to increase the overall performance of the outlet
  • Responsible for making endorsements and reports of the tasks performed and queries of clients to the Sales department.
  • Installation & Trouble shoot of kitchen equipment's like combi oven, ice machine, dishwasher, vending units etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Coffee industry experience is preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Valid driving license
  • Coffee Machine Repairing: Minimum 3-4 years
