- Proven experience as a project lead or team manager on at least 2 other railway projects in a similar capacity.
- At least 3 years of previous working experience in GCC region (Gulf Cooperation Council) required, with deep understanding of local regulations and project environments.
- International membership in professional transportation or logistics organizations is a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of global best practices in transportation and logistics management, with a successful record of delivering complex infrastructure projects.

2. Junior PMO Manager
Responsibilities:
