Job Description:
- Prepare and monitor budgets for contracting projects, including labor, materials, and subcontractor costs
- Track actual vs. projected expenses and provide variance analysis to project managers
- Review and process supplier invoice, purchase orders, and subcontractor invoices
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, tax regulations, and internal financial policies
- Maintain accurate records of project-related transactions and prepare monthly financial reports
- Support audits and financial reviews related to contract performance and billing
- Manage accounts payable/receivable specific to contracting activities
- Assist in preparing claims, change orders, and financial documentation for client billing
- Bank reconciliation & fixed asset (FA) registration
2. JOINERY FOREMAN & SUPERVISOR
Job Description:
- Facilitates direct supervision of works in production and on-site installation.
- Carry out and record site inspections.
- Inspecting completed work to make sure it meets quality standards.
- Supervising workers to ensure that they perform their jobs in accordance with safety protocols and industry standards.
- Regular updates to Project Manager regarding job progress, unexpected conditions, workers well-being and client concerns.

Job Description:
- Relevant experience of 5-8 years in Joinery works and fit out.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architect / Civil Engineering.
- Strong background in Architectural materials and shop drawings submittals; especially joinery items.
- Possess the ability to develop projects through the full design process from concept design to project delivery.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- Ability to multi-task; and deadline driven.
- Transferable visa (with NOC); and can join immediately.
4. JOINERY FACTORY MANAGER
Job Description:
- Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring production is cost effective.
- Estimating costs and setting the quality standards.
- Ensures that all production equipment’s are in operating condition.
- Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to in relation to health and safety.
- Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
- Follow-up on all specification orders, communication between vendors.
- Monitor and evaluate performances of production and technical department personnel.
5. CARPENTER
Job Description:
- Measure, cut, and assemble wood components according to specifications.
- Install cabinets, doors, windows, and other joinery items.
