Required jobs in Mawaqif Qatar and their details:

1. HR Officer

Job Description:

  • Responsible for providing administration and human resources support at the Head Office and the projects.
  • To assist the HR Deputy for visa processing and other legal documents of the employees.
  • To assist in preparing employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation, induction and training programs.
  • To assist in coordinating with the departments for the training needs of the employees.
  • To assist in checking accurate training and development records.
  • To assist in completing human resources operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  • To provide support to the employees and coordinating with the Site HR and Administration Officers and HR Manager of any issues or problems.
  • To assist the HR Deputy in maintaining the master registry and personnel files of the employees.
  • To assist and ensure the effectiveness of the employee’s annual performance appraisals.
  • To assist in liaising with the projects about employer and labour relations.
  • Ensuring compliance with confidentiality, never passing any sensitive documents are kept securely.
  • To provide support to the Head Office HR and Administration department.
  • To carry out ad-hoc requests given by management.

Experience and skills:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in Human Resources and Administration.
  • Must have customer service skills and office management know-how.
  • Must be fluent in written and oral English language.
  • Ability to develop and maintain record keeping systems and procedures.
  • Ability to develop and deliver presentations and training.
  • Strong people management, leaderships skills in multi-cultural setting and ability to motivate the team.
  • Organised, able to prioritise and adhere to strict guidelines.
  • Capable of making fair/sound decision and has a problem solving and facilitation skills.
  • Qatari Driving license is a plus.

2. Lady Driver

Brief Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Understand and agree to follow the operating policies concerning promptly and courteously assisting all customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Proactively approach, greet and acknowledge all visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Provide quick, responsive customer service.
  • Issue tickets for drop off and collect the parking fee for pick up.
  • Park in the allocated area and drive in a safe manner.
  • Handle the customer property with care (car, personal belongings).
  • Able to use valet system (handheld devices), with basic cashier skills.
  • Escalate any incident/accident as per procedures.
  • Full awareness of safety measurements.
  • Adhere to shift rosters and time schedules.
  • Maintain the highest standard of personal hygiene and appearance at all times.
  • Duties maybe assigned on any shift of the day.

Skills Set & Qualifications:

  • At least 1-year driving experience is a must.
  • Physical fit and able to work outdoor in parking area (in summer, temperature reaches above 40 degrees).
  • Must be fluent in English (both written and orally) preferably bilingual English & Arabic.
  • Able to join immediately and can change employer.
  • Holding a Qatari Driving license.

3. Multi-Skilled Technician (MEP)

Brief Role Description:

  • Perform Lever 1 to 3 Maintenance Services.
  • Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain machines and facility’s equipment.
  • Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
  • Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
  • Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
  • Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust.
  • Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
  • Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
  • Shall inform the CAFM coordinators of work order to be opened and to be closed.
  • Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
  • Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests’ and colleagues’ health and safety, as well as protect and conserve the environment.
  • Carry out preventive maintenance, repair or retrofit of electrical, mechanical plumbing, fire protection, life safety systems.
  • To assist the technical team.

Skills Set & Qualifications:

  • 5 years’ experience in facilities management and in a similar position.
  • Networks positively internally and externally.
  • Knowledgeable, skilled and experienced and expert in one or more the following trades; HVAC System, Mechanical Systems, Pump Systems, Electrical System, ELV Systems and Civil works such as masonry, carpentry, painting and wood workings.
  • Knowledgeable, and can perform the basic evaluation and various maintenance of the various systems beside his/her expertise. Such systems are HVAC System, Mechanical Systems, Pump Systems, Electrical System, ELV Systems and Civil works
  • Must be good in written and oral English language.
  • Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short or no notice and in different shifts.
  • Ability to work multi-task and work independently.
  • Have experience CAFM or related & equivalent systems
  • Must be computer literate (basic excel, word, power point, etc.).
  • Enthusiastic to the job whilst able to challenge the status quo.
  • Eager to learn and adopt new ideas and technical knowledge.
  • Should possess the attitude of teamwork.
  • Ability to analyses processes and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Organized, able to priorities and adhere to strict guidelines.
  • Qatari Driving license is a plus.

4. Female Customer Service / Receptionist (Preferably candidate inside Qatar)

Job Description:

  • Able to transfer of sponsorship and join as soon as possible,
  • Able to carry out duties and responsibilities by following procedures as directed by Supervisor,
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment inside the car park and on its approaches by car and on foot,
  • Direct traffic and escalate congestion to Supervisor,
  • In-charge of patrolling and filling checklists where required, if the duty requires,
  • To ensure all customers are dealt with promptly and professionally at all times,
  • Communicate in a professional and courteous manner,
  • Adhere to Health and Safety requirements and best practice at all times,
  • Abide by code of conduct and disciplinary rules such as no tips, not leaving position, not dealing with money, etc.,
  • Abide by security rules and perform other duties as required within (example, no use of personal mobiles),
  • Maintain the highest standard of personal hygiene and a smart and presentable appearance, including wearing clean and tidy Company uniform, whilst on duty,
  • Duties may be assigned on any shift of the day.
