• Identify and develop new business opportunities in air, sea, and land freight services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver customized proposals and quotations to clients.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by management.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and business prospects.
• Coordinate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Represent the company in industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications using CRM tools.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Job Description:

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
• Clean restrooms, replenish supplies (soap, tissue, sanitizers), and ensure proper hygiene standards are maintained.
• Empty trash bins, dispose of waste properly, and maintain recycling practices.
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, mirrors, and other fixtures as required.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance needs to the supervisor.
• Follow health and safety guidelines, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and PPE.
• Assist in setting up meeting rooms or event spaces when required.
• Ensure that all areas are cleaned and maintained according to schedules and standards.
• Report any damages, hazards, or unusual observations to the supervisor immediately.
• Adhere to company policies, grooming, and conduct standards at all times.

• Monitor and patrol assigned premises to prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, or safety hazards.
• Control entry and exit points; verify identification of employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, and report them to the supervisor/management.
• Conduct regular inspections of doors, windows, gates, and other access points to ensure they are secure.
• Monitor surveillance cameras (CCTV) and security systems.
• Prepare accurate and detailed incident/shift reports and maintain daily activity logs.
• Provide assistance and directions to visitors and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
• Enforce company rules, regulations, and safety policies.
• Support in emergency evacuation drills and fire safety procedures.
• Cooperate with law enforcement agencies or emergency services when required.

• Read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
• Lay bricks, blocks, and stones according to specifications.
• Mix and apply mortar or other bonding agents.
• Align structures using levels and plumb lines.
• Repair and maintain existing masonry work.
• Ensure work is completed safely and on time.

• Diploma or Certificate in HVAC / Refrigeration.
• 3–5 years of experience as a residential AC Technician.
• Strong knowledge of split units, ducted units, and residential AC systems.
• Ability to diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical AC problems.
• Familiar with refrigerants like R22, R410A, R32.
• Good communication skills and polite behavior with homeowners.
