Qualifications

- Basic Understanding of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)

- 1 years of Inspection experience with NDT knowledge of equipment
- Minimum of NDT Level 1 certification

3. SE Transport Coordinator
Duties And Responsibilities
- Logistics
- Coordinate and organize the day-to-day movements of drivers
- Facilitate the repairs, when necessary, of all company vehicles, with recognized dealers/workshop in line with legal and administrative procedures.
- Maintain efficient administration and utilization of all Company vehicles.
- Contribute to the analytical study of transport utilization by minimizing the use of 3rd party drivers.
- Proactively communicate with SE Operations Coordinators / Operations Manager on all local transportation requirements of a project to plan logistical schedule and activities in advance.
- Promote safe driving practices to all drivers.
- Driving
- Take instructions from Operations coordinators regarding each day’s deliveries or pick / drop services
- Pick and drop company employees from /to desired destinations as per Operations coordinators’ instructions
- Make deliveries by maintaining correct knowledge of destinations and concerned contacts
- Ensure punctuality and safe transport
- Keep all records, including receipts for vehicle maintenance
- Report any case of accident, injury or damage of vehicles to the supervisor or manager
- Should have sufficient knowledge of traffic laws and hold fast entirely to them.
- Facilitate airport pick ups
4. SE Operations Coordinator
Qualifications

5. Project Manager
Duties And Responsibilities
- Purpose
- Project manager is assigned manage a contract in accordance with the organisation procedures, work scope requirements, budgets, and plans. Review and evaluate progress and document ways of improving the work of the project. Interface and manage the client relationship at project execution level.
- Functions
- Focal point for delivery of all aspects of designated IMDS project
- Manage day-to-day operational requirements of the project (Oversee and direct Mobilisations, Resource planning, Daily Reports, Certification, Quotes, Queries, HSE reports, Safety schemes, Training planning/booking)
- Work closely with client and project team to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the assigned project.
- Work closely with Service Excellence team to ensure correct personnel and equipment resources are available and meet contract requirements.
- Ensure Oceaneering provides competent personnel to deliver the service and assign responsibilities.
- Ensure such personnel work within their competency responsibilities and areas of scope.
- Develop and maintain project management plans with the client and project team to ensure that all project activities are adequately scheduled.
- Responsible for the correct identification and prioritisation of areas of work and resource demands in association with the Technical Lead
- Coordinate and facilitate delivery of project objectives; track progress and review project tasks to ensure deadlines are met appropriately.
- Assist in development and agreement of Key Performance Indicators and ensure that agreed data and actions necessary to deliver are provided.
- Assist in creation of annual budget(s), proposals and CTRs as required.
- Responsible for the commercial control of the contract(s) as defined in the contract agreement under the work scope, including management and monitoring of agreed scopes within agreed budgets.
- Facilitate the development and continuous improvement process between Oceaneering and the client within and across various assets.
- Manage Client communications and reporting as required, ensuring that business and HSE risk implications on integrity issues are clearly identified and appropriately assessed for consideration within the Oceaneering Integrity Senior Management Team
- Ensure project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored.
- Support regular audits and assessment of the service as planned, monitor, and review any impact of changes in standards and legislation for designated projects.
- Assist with any other duties as and when required.
- Undertake specific projects as instructed by management.
