- A TO Z Services is conducting walk-in interviews for qualified and experienced Male Cleaning Supervisors and Inspectors to join our dynamic operations team in Lusail, Qatar.
- We are looking for proactive leaders who are committed to maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across our facilities.
🧹 Cleaning Supervisor
- Responsible for overseeing cleaning staff, assigning daily tasks, and ensuring all areas meet quality and hygiene standards.
- Monitors stock levels of cleaning supplies and reports maintenance needs promptly.
- Ensures compliance with company safety and sanitation policies.
- Provides on-the-job training and motivates the cleaning team to achieve high performance.
- Maintains regular inspection reports and liaises with clients to ensure satisfaction.
🧾 Cleaning Inspector
- Conducts detailed inspections of facilities to verify that cleaning tasks meet company and client standards.
- Prepares inspection checklists and provides feedback to supervisors and staff.
- Assists in implementing corrective measures and process improvements.
- Ensures adherence to safety, environmental, and hygiene regulations.
- Coordinates with management to maintain records and follow up on inspection results.
📋 Requirements:
- Must hold a Transferable Visa and be available for immediate joining.
- Higher Secondary Education required.
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in a similar role within the cleaning or facilities management industry.
- Solid knowledge of safety procedures and operational standards.
- Must bring copies of CV, QID, and certificates (education, experience, and training).
