1. Sales Tele caller (Female)
Job Description:
- Sales Support & Coordination:
- Manage inbound sales inquiries (email, chat, phone) and route leads to the appropriate sales executive.
- Schedule appointments, demos, and follow-ups for the sales team using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Prepare and send sales proposals, contracts, and quotes to clients.
- Track sales pipelines and update CRM records to ensure accurate reporting.
- Customer Communication:
- Respond to customer questions regarding products/services, pricing, and promotions.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints or escalations in collaboration with the sales team.
- Send order confirmations, invoices, and post-purchase follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Administrative & Reporting Tasks:
- Generate sales reports (weekly/monthly) on lead conversion, revenue, and team performance.
- Maintain sales databases and ensure data accuracy in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with marketing to align sales collateral, promotions, and lead-generation campaigns.
- Team Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
- Organize virtual sales meetings and take minutes for action items.
- Assist in training new sales team members on processes and tools.
2. Fire Alarm Technician
Duties
- Knowledge & working experience of repair & Maintenance of Fire Alarm System, Emergency & Exit Lights, Fire Suppression System etc.
- The candidate must have hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of fire protection systems and should be able to troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Ability to perform routine equipment maintenance and determine when and what type of maintenance is needed.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with fire alarm systems and make necessary repairs or replacements.
- Conduct regular inspections and testing of fire alarm systems to ensure proper functionality.
- Install, program, and maintain fire alarm systems in accordance with industry standards and local regulations.
- Conduct functional tests on control panels, detectors, notification devices, and other system components.
- Respond to emergency service calls
- Previous experience in maintenance services shall be preferable.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, ITI, College Level.
- Qatar Valid Driving License will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in Fire Fighting System is a plus.
- With valid QID and NOC.
- Must be available in Qatar.
3. Fire Fighting Technician
Skills/ Knowledge:
- Knowledge & working experience of repair & Maintenance of Firefighting System, Fire pumps, Fire Suppression System, Fire Extinguishing System, portable extinguishers etc.
- Install, repair and inspect fire fighting systems.
- Ability to perform routine equipment maintenance and determine when and what type of maintenance is needed.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with fire fighting systems and make necessary repairs or replacements.
- Conduct functional tests on control panels, detectors, notification devices, and other system components.
- Perform Fire Pump Performance Test.
- Perform Fire Pump System troubleshooting.
- Perform Kitchen Hood Fire Suppression maintenance.
- Respond to emergency service calls
- Previous experience in maintenance services shall be preferable.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, ITI, College Level.
- Qatar Valid Driving License will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in Fire Fighting System is a plus.
- With valid QID and NOC.
- Must be available in Qatar.
