Job Description:

• Leads end-to-end fit-out project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and budgets are maintained.

• Coordinates between MEP teams, finishing works, subcontractors, and suppliers for seamless execution.

• Reviews drawings, material selections, and cost estimations to align with client requirements.

• Provides strong leadership on-site, resolves challenges promptly, and ensures smooth project workflow.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in fit-out projects

• Strong knowledge in MEP, finishes, costing, and site management

• Engineering background is mandatory

• Excellent project coordination and leadership skills

2. Sales Engineer

Job Description:

• Develops and maintains client relationships, presenting products and solutions with clear technical understanding.

• Generates sales leads and prepares proposals for interior, building materials, or signage products.

• Conducts market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs.

• Coordinates with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, installation, and after-sales support.

Requirements:

• Experience in interior / building materials / signage

• Minimum 3 years’ experience

• Valid driving license

• Strong communication and client-handling skills

3. Site Engineer (Civil / Fit Out)

Job Description:

• Oversees day-to-day site activities to ensure work is executed according to drawings and specifications.

• Coordinates with subcontractors, workers, and suppliers to maintain progress and quality.

• Monitors materials, site safety, and the overall construction sequence.

• Resolves on-site issues and prepares daily reports to support project management.

Requirements:

• Experience in civil or fit-out projects

• Engineering background

• Strong site supervision and execution skills

4. Accountant

Job Description:

• Manages daily accounting operations including entries, reconciliations, payments, and vendor follow-up.

• Prepares financial reports, assists in budgeting, and ensures proper account finalization.

• Maintains accurate records using Tally and ensures compliance with accounting standards.

• Supports management with financial analysis and timely reporting.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of accounting, Tally, finalization of accounts, and payment follow-up

• Good analytical and reporting skills

5. CNC / Laser Machine Operator

Job Description:

• Operates CNC and laser cutting machines with precision, ensuring accuracy in design and output.

• Interprets drawings and prepares software files using AutoCAD or 3D design tools.

• Maintains machine calibration, performs routine checks, and ensures safe operation.

• Coordinates with production teams to deliver high-quality components within deadlines.

Requirements:

• Experience operating CNC / laser machines

• Software knowledge such as AutoCAD / 3D

• Experience in scaffolding industry
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Valid driving license
• Engineering background preferred
• Minimum 3-4 years' experience
