1. Male Nurse (Site Experience)
We are seeking a qualified and ministry-approved Male Nurse to provide medical support at project sites and ensure compliance with Qatar’s health and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have experience working in construction or industrial environments and hold a valid MOPH license, with Ashghal approval considered a major advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first aid, emergency response, and routine medical care to site employees.
- Conduct daily health checks, manage minor injuries, and administer medications as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of medical reports, incident logs, and treatment summaries.
- Ensure the site clinic is fully equipped, clean, and compliant with MOPH standards.
- Support the HSE team with health awareness programs, toolbox talks, and safety drills.
- Participate in incident investigations and submit required health-related documentation.
- Monitor and report any cases of communicable diseases as per Qatar health regulations.
- Coordinate with external medical facilities for referrals and emergencies.
Mandatory Requirements
- Male Nurse, currently based in Qatar.
- Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) approved – mandatory.
- Valid Qatar Nursing License.
- Minimum 4–8 years of site/industrial experience (construction, oil & gas, or infrastructure).
- Knowledge of Qatar Labour Law, health protocols, and site HSE standards.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-cultural project environments.
- Ashghal approval is a strong added advantage.
2. Female Service Coordinator (Automation / Instrumentation) for 1 year, extendable contract, Qatar
Coordinate Service work done at site and ensure it complies with company's and customer's standards, procedures, and policies. Single point of contact for the customer during the execution of a Service job.
Key Responsibilities
- HSE
- Reviews and communicate all onsite entry requirements for FSE’s prior to site visit.
- Ensures proper PPE is noted and available for the FSE’s prior to their visit.
- Arranges and coordinates training required to clear a FSE for a customer visit.
- Ensures Engineers site mobilization by assigning appropriate transportation support.
- Coordinate company HSE team for HSE Hours monthly reporting by end of each month.
- Customer focus
- Leads and delivers responsive support coordination to exceed customer expectations/experience.
- Assesses gaps with service delivery, contract execution, and customer focus and works with engineers and operations managers to mitigate the issues identified.
- Service Delivery
- Collaborates with other coordinators to ensure FSE resources are allocated to maximize completion of customer service requests and contract delivery.
- Works with Service Managers and Line managers to maximize absorption and utilization rates of Field Service Engineers.
- Reviews all service activities and trainings that are required for the job and ensures that the FSE has the appropriate skillset, safety education, travel documents, security clearance, and certifications to complete the request scope of work.
- Proactively maintains and monitors competency and certification database
- Works with Project managers to schedule project support where FSE’s are utilized.
- Works with Service Operations Manager to coordinate scheduled deliverables and/or plans services to meet agreement entitlements.
- Service Excellence
- Drives cost of poor quality (COPQ) to zero with minimal need to re-dispatch FSE’s to complete the tasks assigned.
- Tracks completion of service visits and ensures all documentation is completed in a timely manner.
3. Site Manager-Instrument
The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing all site activities related to the commissioning of pneumatic instrumentation and control systems. This includes managing site teams, coordinating with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with technical and safety requirements, and reporting progress to project leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise site execution and commissioning activities
- Ensure proper installation and testing of pneumatic instrumentation systems
- Oversee control system commissioning, including loop checks and functional testing
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams
- Maintain site safety and quality standards
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports
- Interface with client representatives and third-party inspectors
- Resolve site-level technical issues and escalate as needed
4. Fire and Gas Supervisor & Fire and Gas Technician
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering (Electronic/Electrical/Instrumentation).
- Minimum 8+ years experience in F&G safety system maintenance in oil & gas or chemical plants.
- Key Skills: Troubleshooting, system maintenance, technical support.
5. Control Valve Supervisor for 6 months, extendable contract, Qatar
Key Responsibilities
- To Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and calibrate valves (including actuators and positioners), performing preventive and breakdown maintenance and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- To do quality control documentation, managing testing and calibration records for compliance verification and audit readiness.
- To support inventory control for essential valve parts and tools, prepare stock forecasts for scheduled maintenance and turnaround activities.
- To prepare Technical reports on valve performance, inspection findings and maintenance activities
- To promote safe working environment and prevent hazards by enforcing safety protocols during all activities
