Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company’s Risk Management Policy, framework, and procedures.

- Prepare and present periodic risk reports to senior management and the Risk Committee.
- Monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and flag potential breaches of risk limits.

- Liaise with internal/external auditors and regulatory authorities regarding risk matters.

Qualifications and Experience:
