TRAGS ENGINEERING was established in 1974 and forms a part of ENSRV group which is the energy and engineering arm of J&A Jaidah Holdings.
The business was formed to meet the demand for high quality building services engineering, construction andfacility management. TRAGS is now recognized as the leading MEP, Energy Center/District Cooling and Facility Management contractor in Qatar.
TRAGS are First Grade Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Contractor with authority to execute electrical installations of unlimited kilowatts. We also hold First Grade Civil Defence Certification for the Fire Protection Systems.

The head offices occupy 1200 sq. meters in the Jaidah Tower Office block. The company also operates approximately 1700 sq. meters of enclosed stores and 850 sq. meters of computerized duct manufacturing and mechanical workshop facilities at the Salwa Industrial Estate on the outskirts of Doha.
As for the human capital, the company employs an average workforce of 2000 permanent personnel including engineering and support staffs numbering in excess of 200 with capability of sourcing any number of workforce on short notice as per requirements.

Required jobs in Trags Engineering company and their details:
1. HSE Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
- Lead incident investigations and report findings.
- Deliver safety briefings, toolbox talks, and training sessions.
- Ensure all operations comply with Qatar's legal and project-specific requirements.
2. Sales Administrator - Real Estate
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Bilingual Arabic-English
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales administrative role in the real estate sector.
- Good knowledge of real estate documentation and procedures.
- Familiarity with local real estate regulations in Qatar
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
3. HVAC Supervisor - Maintenance
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC and chiller maintenance (GCC experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of screw chillers, centrifugal chillers, VRV/VRF systems, and overall HVAC operations
- Familiarity with BMS systems and energy-saving practices
- Excellent troubleshooting, leadership, and communication skills
- Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory
4. MEP Technician
Minimum Requirements:
- ITI Electrical / Mechanical
- Minimum 2-3 years of GCC experience in MEP maintenance
- Good technical knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical panels, lighting, pumps, plumbing fixtures, etc.
5. HVAC Technician
Job Description:
- Certificate in Mechanical Diploma/ITI
- Min 2 years GCC experience
- Experience in centralized AC equipment (chiller, package unit, precirion unit, CDU etc)
- Experience in PPM and its scheduling for HVAC units/equipment
- Ability to perform pump alignment with dial gauge, laser etc
- Knowledge in compressor overhauling
- Ability to perform AHU belt alignment.
- Ability to change motor & blower bearing for AHU.
- Basic knowledge on types of refrigerants
