Key Responsibilities include:
- Preparing detailed structural drawings including layouts, sections, and elevations for concrete elements such as slabs, beams, columns, footings, and walls.
- Producing reinforcement (rebar) drawings and bar bending schedules (BBS), ensuring full compliance with applicable codes and project specifications.
- Developing and updating General Arrangement (GA) drawings for reinforced concrete structures.
- Coordinating with structural engineers to interpret design requirements and apply necessary modifications.
- Ensuring dimensional accuracy and clarity to prevent construction discrepancies.
- Maintaining high standards in rebar detailing, including accurate specifications of size, type, spacing, and placement.
- Adhering to project timelines while maintaining drawing quality and consistency.
- Liaising with site teams and contractors to clarify drawing content and resolve construction issues.
- Revising drawings based on design updates or site-related feedback.
- Maintaining organized drawing logs and ensuring proper version control.

Key Skills Required:

- Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in reinforcement detailing.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in structural drafting, with a focus on concrete detailing.
