2. Change Manager
This role is responsible for developing and managing the IT Change Control process, ensuring all system changes are properly assessed, approved, and implemented. It involves defining and enforcing IT Change Management policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory and industry standards. The position requires close collaboration with project managers and IT teams to integrate change activities into project plans and ensure effective communication and coordination. Key responsibilities include conducting impact and risk assessments for proposed changes and facilitating Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings with stakeholders and subject matter experts for informed decision-making.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the change control process, ensuring that all changes to IT systems are assessed, approved, and implemented in a controlled manner.
- Define and enforce IT Change Management policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and IT teams to integrate IT Change Management activities into project plans and ensure that changes are effectively communicated and coordinated.
