• Coordinate and collect site As-Built information for electrical systems.
• Review and verify As-Built electrical drawings in AutoCAD.
• Communicate site inputs, redlines, and clarifications to the backend production team.
• Ensure drawings reflect actual site installations before submission.
• Review final drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
• Support timely submission of As-Built documents to the client.
• Liaise with site engineers, consultants, and client representatives as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical works, preferably on As-Built projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of electrical systems including power, lighting, and ELV.
• Experience working on Qatar projects is preferred.
• Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills.

Job Description:

• Must report on site.
• Immediate joiner preferred.
• Prepare As-Built electrical drawings (Lighting, Power, ELV, Fire Alarm, CCTV, etc.).
• Update CAD drawings based on site redlines and engineer instructions.
• Coordinate with site engineers to verify installations and measurements.
• Maintain drawing accuracy, layering standards, and project documentation.
• Support the electrical engineering team with drafting and detail development.
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Drafting.
• 3–5 years of experience as an Electrical CAD Draftsman.
• Strong skills in AutoCAD; Revit knowledge is an advantage.
• Proven experience preparing As-Built drawings in Qatar or Gulf region.
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and site layouts.
• Strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy, disciplined file management and naming conventions.
• Good communication skills, ability to collaborate with multi-discipline teams and take direction.
• Ability to work to deadlines, manage priorities, and adapt to changing project demands.
• Knowledge of BIM workflows, drawing standards, layer management, and project documentation processes would be a plus.

• Ensure clash-free integration of MEP services with architectural and structural models.
• Review and enforce BIM standards, naming conventions, and workflows.
• Conduct Navisworks clash detection and manage issue tracking/resolution.
• Work closely with design engineers and BIM modelers to maintain model accuracy.
• Support BIM Execution Plan (BEP) implementation and information exchange protocols.
• Prepare 4D/5D data coordination inputs when required.
• Communicate with project teams and clients to align on technical deliverables.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in BIM coordination for major MEP projects.
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
• Strong understanding of BIM Level 2 / ISO 19650 standards.
• Experience working with contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Middle East experience preferred.

• Develop detailed and coordinated BIM models for Architectural, Structural, Electrical, and MEP projects
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure accurate design representation
• Produce 3D models and 2D construction drawings using BIM and CAD software
• Review, update, and revise models based on project requirements and design changes
• Perform clash detection and assist in clash resolution across disciplines using BIM tools
• Generate accurate quantity take-offs from BIM models
• Maintain organized BIM files, standards, and project documentation

• 4 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in BIM modeling
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
• Demonstrated experience in preparing schematics and detailed technical drawings
• Knowledge of Civil 3D for infrastructure projects is an advantage
• Solid understanding of BIM Levels of Development (LOD 400–LOD 500)
• High attention to detail with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
