1. Training Officer
We are looking for a proactive and organized Training Officer to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of training programs across our business units. The role focuses on onboarding, operational training, compliance training, and continuous skill development for both Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) teams.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in training coordination within hospitality or retail environments and be comfortable working across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and conduct induction and onboarding programs for new joiners
- Support delivery of operational training for FOH, BOH, and support teams
- Assist in organizing barista, service, kitchen, safety, and soft-skills training
- Maintain and update training calendars, attendance records, and training reports
- Track mandatory training requirements (Hygiene, HSE, Fire Safety, etc.)
- Support Department Heads in identifying training needs and skill gaps
- Monitor training effectiveness and collect feedback for continuous improvement
- Assist in preparing training materials, presentations, and SOPs
- Coordinate with external trainers, vendors, and internal facilitators
- Maintain accurate training documentation and compliance records
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Hospitality Management, Training & Development, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in a Training / L&D role (Hospitality or Retail preferred)
- Strong understanding of F&B operations (FOH & BOH exposure is an advantage)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to coordinate training across multiple outlets/locations
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of Qatar labor compliance, hygiene & safety training is a plus
- Candidates currently based in Qatar with a transferable visa preferred
2. Graphic Designer
Job Description:
- Develop & Design visual content for daily social media usage as well as, promotional video and photography material.
- Assist in developing promotional campaigns including creating content for Social Media, blog, mailer campaigns, case studies, product launch, comparison sheets, and other content to support marketing initiatives.
- Co-monitor the day-to-day marketing activities across multiple platforms (Facebook/ LinkedIn/Twitter/Instagram).
- Edit photos and videos according to editing procedures, techniques and workflow.
- Organizing media files and related documents. Managing and troubleshooting audio and video equipment, software (eg. Photoshop, Design, Illustrator, blender) etc. (i.e. AV equipment and digital media files).
- Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.
