5. Senior Estimation Engineer (Mechanical)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain established policy and objectives throughout the section fulfil the company requirement.
- Receiving and evaluation of tenders and enquiries.
- Liaise with clients and attend meetings as required to clarify scope of work, specifications and standards required.
- Initiate enquiries and obtain supplier quotations for materials and services in accordance with Company Procedures.
- Preparation of prime cost estimates, for submission to management to apply mark up and arrive at tender submission price.
- Preparation of risk analysis for justification of contingency if any.
- Preparation of tenders in accordance with client requirements and a format acceptable to the Company for submission on the due date.
- Following contract award and allocation of responsibility, initiate sub-contracts (if applicable) and purchase orders in accordance with the Company Procedures.
- Direct the construction program in line with Job Holder's allocated responsibility.
- Observe and record, in writing, all deviations from the contracted scope of work and prepare or assist in claim for additional works as appropriate.
- Ensure implementation of all Company, client, and statutory safety regulations.
- Preferred (Years/ Job Level/ Industry): CCM Contract & Commercial Management with strong Estimation experience with company setting in EPIC (Engineering, Procurement, Installation and Commissioning), Sales Oil & Gas, Shutdown and Manpower Supply.
6. Project Engineer Mechanical/Piping
Roles & Responsibilities
- The Project Engineer is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of the project, ensuring that all engineering functions are properly executed and aligned with project objectives. This role involves coordinating project tasks, managing technical teams, overseeing the quality and safety of work, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required technical standards.
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of engineering tasks in accordance with project specifications, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate the technical and engineering teams, ensuring the effective allocation of resources and timely completion of tasks.
- Ensure that all engineering activities comply with the relevant industry standards, company policies, and project requirements.
- Manage the preparation and review of engineering documents, reports, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with project needs.
- Provide technical support to the project team, addressing engineering issues and challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Liaise with external contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure the smooth flow of information and the timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor and control project costs and schedules, identifying potential delays or cost overruns and implementing corrective actions.
- Perform technical evaluations and risk assessments to mitigate potential engineering issues or hazards during the project.
7. Work Permit Receiver
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols during work permit issuance, actively identifying potential hazards and mitigating risks.
- Review and approve work permits, ensuring all necessary documentation and safety measures are in place before any work begins.
- Conduct pre-work inspections to assess the work environment and ensure it is safe for the tasks outlined in the permit.
- Coordinate with different teams to facilitate communication and ensure everyone is aware of ongoing works and any associated risks.
- Maintain accurate records of all issued work permits and any incidents or near misses, contributing to a culture of safety and awareness.
- Provide guidance and training to personnel on proper procedures for obtaining and adhering to work permits.
- Act as the primary point of contact for any inquiries or issues related to work permits, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
- Monitor ongoing work activities to ensure compliance with the terms of the work permit and intervene when necessary.
- Participate in safety meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of safety protocols regarding work permits.
- Assist in the development and implementation of work permit systems, streamlining processes to improve efficiency.
8. Millwright Foreman
Job Description:
- Requires Oil and Gas field experience with a minimum of 5 years.
- Supervises millwright teams during installation and maintenance works.
- Ensures proper alignment, fitting, and commissioning of mechanical equipment.
- Maintains safety, quality, and productivity standards on site.
9. Millwright Fitter
Job Description:
- Requires Oil and Gas field experience with a minimum of 5 years.
- Responsible for fitting, assembling, and installing mechanical components.
- Supports equipment maintenance and shutdown activities.

10. Hydrotest Supervisor with PTW Card
Job Description:
- Requires Oil and Gas field experience with a minimum of 5 years.
- Must hold a valid PTW (Permit to Work) card.
