• 10–15+ years’ experience in large-scale infrastructure projects (sewerage, roads, multi-utilities)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (mandatory).
• Master’s in Construction/Project Management preferred.
• Strong expertise in Primavera P6 and project scheduling (Level 3–5)
• Experience in delay analysis, EOT, and claims management
• Knowledge of FIDIC / GCOC contracts preferred
• Strong background in live projects, traffic management, phased construction, and stakeholder coordination
• Good knowledge of project controls (planning, cost, risk, change management)
• Familiarity with BIM 4D and digital project controls systems

• 2–4 years’ experience in planning/project controls (infrastructure preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of Primavera P6 / MS Project
• Experience in schedule updating and progress reporting
• Exposure to site progress tracking
• Strong Excel and basic data analysis skills
• Understanding of WBS, activity sequencing, and critical path (basic)
• Knowledge of roads, utilities, or sewerage projects (preferred)

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and contract documentation.
• Monitor project expenditures and control costs.
• Coordinate with contractors and clients for billing and claims.

5. Safety Officer – IOSH Certified (2)

• Implement and monitor health and safety policies on site.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with IOSH standards and regulations.
• Provide safety training and incident reporting.

6. Electrical Foreman (2)
