1. HVAC Projects Coordinator/ Design Engineer
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
- At least 3 years of HVAC experience in design and project coordination.
- Strong skills in HVAC cooling load calculations and schematic design.
- Sound knowledge of HVAC project operations (procurement, subcontracting, STC coordination).
- Experience coordinating with subcontractors and local vendors.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and basic HVAC design tools.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in parallel.
2. Senior HVAC Technician / Aftermarket Foreman (Bilingual – Arabic & English)
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on HVAC service operations (maintenance, troubleshooting, testing & commissioning).
- Strong expertise in DX and VRF systems (installation & maintenance).
- Prior experience with premium HVAC brands such as:
- York
- Trane
- Carrier
- Daikin
- Hitachi
- LG
- Toshiba
- Bilingual: Arabic & English (spoken required; basic written communication preferred).
- Proven team leadership and client-facing experience (VIP residential exposure is a strong advantage).
- Ability to read technical drawings, method statements, and service manuals.
- Strong HSE awareness and documentation discipline.
- Qualification: Diploma in HVAC or equivalent technical certification.
3. Sales Advisor – Outdoor
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in an Automotive Dealership (Outdoor Sales role)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Valid Qatar Driving License (Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of the Qatar automotive market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven and target-oriented
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Arabic language is an advantage
4. Pump Technician
Requirements:
- Diploma / ITI / Technical Certification in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Pump Technician or Mechanical Technician
- Hands-on experience with industrial pumps (fire pumps, chilled water pumps, sewage pumps, booster pumps, etc.)
- Knowledge of mechanical seals, bearings, alignment, and basic electrical troubleshooting
- Experience in industrial plants, utilities, FM, oil & gas, or heavy equipment environment is an advantage
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
- Physically fit and able to work on-site and in field conditions
- Valid Qatar Driving License is a strong advantage
- Open to candidates outside Qatar (must have pump experience; Qatar license preferred)
5. HVAC Technician (Qatar Driving License Required)
Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma in HVAC, Refrigeration, Mechanical, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3–5 years HVAC experience (Qatar/GCC experience preferred).
- Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory – even for overseas applicants).
- Experience with split AC, ducted AC, FCU, AHU, VRF/VRV; chiller knowledge is a plus.
- Basic electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Able to work independently across multiple sites.
- English communication required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Physically fit for site work.
