1. Sales Support Executive (Female)
We’re looking for a confident and well-organized individual to support our Software Product Sales team. Your main responsibility will be to connect with potential clients from our existing database, introduce our software solutions, and schedule meetings for the Sales Manager.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, coordinating schedules, and being part of a fast-moving sales team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Reach out to potential clients from the provided database via calls and emails
- Briefly introduce our software products and create initial interest
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, demos, and calls for the Sales Manager
- Follow up with clients to confirm meetings and ensure attendance
- Keep records updated in the CRM or tracking system
- Coordinate internally with the sales team for smooth meeting flow
- Share regular updates on calls, responses, and scheduled meetings
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and phone etiquette
- Comfortable making outbound calls on a daily basis
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, sales support, or coordination roles
- Basic understanding of software products is a plus
- Well-organized and able to manage schedules efficiently
- Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools
2. Project Manager (6 months)- Arab National own visa
The Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering ICT projects from initiation through closure by effectively planning, coordinating, and controlling all project activities. The role directly impacts business results by ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with du ICT’s strategic objectives, commitments, and customer expectations.
Key Accountabilities
- Project Delivery
- Lead projects across the full lifecycle from initiation to closure by developing and maintaining detailed project plans, ensuring adherence to du ICT Lead-to-Cash processes, standards, and governance.
- Resource Management
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure optimal resource availability and allocation. Manage project revenue forecasting, cost control, and invoicing activities.
- Reporting & Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications. Provide accurate and timely project status updates to du ICT stakeholders and clients as project requirements evolve.
- Change Management
- Apply appropriate change management methodologies to control changes in scope, schedule, and cost, ensuring customer deadlines and expectations are met.
- Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal/external stakeholders to ensure alignment, collaboration, and project success.
- Risk & Issue Management
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to prevent delays and cost overruns. Proactively manage project issues, escalating to management when required.
- Project Performance & Documentation
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems and tools. Create, maintain, and ensure accuracy of comprehensive project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
- Sub-Project & Team Leadership
- When required, manage sub-projects and collaborate or team with other Project Managers and Project Coordinators to ensure integrated delivery.
Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Competencies
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Project Management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 (Mandatory)
- ITIL, Scrum, or Agile certification is an advantage
- Experience
- Minimum of 10 years’ proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role, managing projects from conception to delivery
- Strong experience in the IT industry, particularly in:
- Cloud technologies
- Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Internet of Things (IoT)
- System Integration
- Applications and Datacenter projects
- Expert knowledge of project management methodologies, terms, and processes
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA
- Skills
- Ability to independently manage projects with minimal supervision
- Proven capability to deliver project scope and deliverables within agreed time, cost, and quality constraints
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent client-facing, teamwork, written, and verbal communication skills
- Experience conducting post-project evaluations and lessons-learned sessions to drive continuous improvement
