1. Recruitment Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Post job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback
- Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and procedures
- Support HR team with administrative tasks related to recruitment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment systems
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet deadlines
2. Civil Sales Engineer
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Promote and sell civil products such as structural steel, concrete solutions, and facade systems to contractors, consultants, and developers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base in the local market.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals in line with client requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure proper product application and client satisfaction.
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and project discussions to provide technical support.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales of civil products (steel, concrete, facade, or related materials).
- Strong knowledge of the Qatar construction market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid Qatar Driving License is a must.
- UPDA certification is an advantage.
- Arabic Speaker is Preferable.
3. Maintenance Sales Engineer
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in maintenance sales within fire protection / MEP industry
- Strong knowledge of fire fighting and fire alarm systems (NFPA / QCDD standards preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to handle clients and close deals independently
- Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory
- Locally available in Qatar with transferable visa/NOC preferred
4. Fire Alarm Engineer - Maintenance
Job Description:
- Perform routine inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire alarm systems
- Troubleshoot and rectify faults in addressable and conventional systems
- Attend breakdown calls and ensure timely resolution
- Prepare maintenance reports, service logs, and inspection documentation
- Ensure compliance with QCDD regulations and safety standards
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for maintenance schedules
- Support in system upgrades and modifications when required
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fire alarm maintenance
- Strong knowledge of QCDD requirements and NFPA standards
- Hands-on experience with major fire alarm systems
- Ability to handle multiple maintenance sites
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Valid QID with transferable visa preferred
- UPDA Holder Grade (A, B or C)
