1. Facility Officer
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Facility Officer with proven experience in mall facility management and preventive measures.
Job Description:
- Understanding of facility management practices, including maintenance planning, vendor management, and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with mall management and tenants to address concerns.
- Regularly inspect the facility's grounds to know when an area needs any attention.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of mall facilities.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in facility management or a related field; mall experience is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with daily operations of facility to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify potential hazards.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
2. Guest Relations Executive
Requirements:
- language : Tagalog
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma (Hospitality, Customer Service, Tourism preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, airline, hotel, or mall environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality with professional grooming standards
- Ability to handle complaints calmly and professionally
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
3. Safety Officer
Job Description:
- daily operation and maintenance of all electrical installations, including LV panels, SMDBs, MDBs, DBs, lighting systems, emergency and exit lighting systems, generators, UPS, and power outlets.

- Conduct regular inspections of electrical rooms and equipment to identify and rectify faults.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are performed as per the schedule.
- Maintain daily logbooks, inspection checklists, and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with tenants, maintenance, and facility management teams for day to day activities
- Verify tenant electrical works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and Kahramaa/QCDD standards.
- Report any deviations or safety issues immediately to the Facility Engineer/Manager.
- Ensure lockout-tagout (LOTO) and permit-to-work (PTW) procedures are followed.
