Waseef is seeking an experienced Strategic Planning & Performance Lead in Qatar to work closely with executive leadership on organizational performance, strategic initiatives and future growth planning. Other Waseef opportunities can be followed through the Waseef Careers Hub in Qatar.

2. Job Description

The role connects strategic planning, performance management, business analysis and execution governance. It evaluates operating performance and expansion readiness, builds executive performance views and supports cross-functional strategic delivery.

3. Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic performance assessments and identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness.
• Develop and evaluate future expansion models and assess organizational readiness for new markets and business opportunities.
• Partner with Data Analytics teams to monitor performance, efficiency, portfolio outcomes and profitability metrics.
• Collaborate with the PMO and cross-functional leaders to align strategic initiatives and support successful execution.
• Design and manage executive dashboards, KPIs and OKRs to support informed decision-making.
• Conduct strategic evaluations and business analyses that improve operational efficiency and long-term value creation.

4. Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or a related quantitative discipline.
• 7–10+ years of experience in strategic planning, corporate performance management, management consulting or PMO environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate data into strategic actions.
• Proven experience engaging with executive and C-suite stakeholders.

5. Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or relevant professional certifications are highly desirable.
• Experience in large-scale operations, asset and facilities management, or technical service sectors is an advantage.
