Waseef is hiring a Data Analyst – Facility Management in Qatar to support Facility Management and Maintenance operations through operational reporting, dashboard development and performance analysis. Other Waseef opportunities can be followed through the Waseef Careers Hub in Qatar.

2. Job Description

The role analyzes operational data from facility-management and maintenance systems, monitors service and asset performance, develops recurring reports and dashboards, and turns operational data into insights for management and operations teams.

3. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data from CAFM/CMMS, ERP, Helpdesk and Excel systems.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and management/client reports.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, PPM, reactive maintenance, work orders and asset performance.
• Analyze manpower productivity, maintenance costs, backlog, breakdowns and service performance.
• Identify trends, data gaps and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Provide actionable insights to Operations and Management teams.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of daily, weekly and monthly reports.

4. Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, IT, Statistics, Business or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in data analytics/reporting, preferably in Facility Management or Maintenance.
• Strong Excel and Power BI skills.
• Understanding of FM KPIs, SLAs, PPM, work orders and maintenance operations.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

5. Preferred Qualifications

• SQL knowledge is preferred.
• Experience with CAFM/CMMS systems is an advantage.
• GCC experience is preferred.
