2. Job Description
The role designs, deploys and supports customized managed-connectivity solutions for enterprise customers, combining technical solution design with a commercial approach to managed services.
3. Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end managed connectivity solutions for enterprise customers.
- Support delivery across WAN, LAN, VPN, SD-WAN, satellite, IoT, 5G, edge computing, wireless, video surveillance and cloud networking.
- Work with product teams to expand adoption of standard managed-connectivity services.
- Analyse customer pain points and translate them into managed-service offerings using Ooredoo capabilities.
- Balance bespoke solution design with commercial objectives and recurring-revenue growth.
4. Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a similar discipline.
- 8 years of experience in a similar role.
- Expertise in managed-connectivity architecture, consulting or pre-sales in telecom, managed services or network technology.
- Strong knowledge of modern network infrastructure and managed-service models.
5. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience scaling business in the Qatari market is highly desirable.
- CCIE, AWS Advanced Networking, CISSP, SD-WAN and related certifications are highly desirable.
