Supply Chain Planner

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:


Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or any related field.


Experience:

Minimum experience of 5 years of general SC experience.

No less than 3 years of Supply Chain Planning in a similar Business.

Knowledge:

Strong knowledge in global supply chain standards

Excellent knowledge of ERP (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)


Skills:

Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills

Demonstrated collaboration with multiple business stakeholders

Ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple business functions

Demonstrated ability to influence change


Operations Manager

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIRED:

Education:

· Bachelor's Degree

· 8-10 years’ experience in operation.

· Proficient in MS Office.

Competencies:

· Americana Competency Framework

Region specific:

· Working experience in the Middle East and Arabic language skills are a distinct advantage.

· Is a self starter with a positive can-do-attitude.

· Self-motivated, eager to share and communicate positive possibilities to others.

· Have broad appreciation and capability to promote cultural, gender and religious diversity across the business.
