2. Job Description

The role leads enterprise video-surveillance and control-room operations with responsibility for operational resilience, system reliability, regulatory compliance, data privacy and incident response while coordinating with clients, leadership, emergency services, contractors and technology partners.

3. Key Responsibilities

• Lead 24/7 CCTV and Control Room operations across multiple sites and facilities.
• Manage CCTV, ELV and integrated security surveillance systems.
• Ensure system availability, reliability, performance and security.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Manage CCTV/security technology teams, contractors and specialist vendors.
• Monitor incidents, system performance and critical security events.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, client and data-privacy requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, senior management, emergency services and key stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement, technology upgrades and operational efficiency.

4. Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Information Technology, Security Management, ELV Technology, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in CCTV, security systems, ELV, Facility Management or security operations.
• At least 3–5 years in a management role overseeing CCTV/security technology operations.
• Experience in large commercial buildings, residential developments, malls, hotels, hospitals, airports, industrial facilities, infrastructure projects or major FM contracts.
• Strong experience managing teams, contractors, vendors and client relationships.
• Arabic speaker with high proficiency in English is required.

• Experience in a 24/7 operational environment is highly desirable.
