 Production Department   

ASSISTANT MACHINE OPERATOR (MALE):

Primary responsibilities :

He is an associate to operator and shall follow instructions of operator and as given in relevant work instructions and instruction register.

Responsible to ensure that PPE’s as recommended vide PPE Matrix for various activities are used by all covered in functional areas.

Responsible to ensure that safety work instructions for various activities followed by all concerned in functional area.

Any other activities assigned by the superiors from time to time

Performs other related duties as assigned.

MACHINE OPERATOR (MALE):

(LOCAL CANDIDATE - TRANSFERRABLE)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

*  Issue of  machine schedules for machines

*  Maintenance of cable record / conductor record to facilitate traceability

*  Apply safety , disciplinary regulation in OP area

*  Compilation  of non – confirmation report

*  Entry of production data on the system on daily basis for MCF report and monthly up put per shift report .

FINANCE Department   

ACCOUNTANT (1)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

v Over all functions of accounting activities and formulation / implementation of quality system in accounting department

v Implementation and maintaining quality system in finance area as per quality system documentation

v Input credit and debit to the accounting system in support of the accounts work.

v Develop and maintain regular reports via the company’s accounting system.

v Compiles and sorts documents, such as: invoices, Journal Vouchers, Receipt Vouchers, and substantiates business transactions.

v Daily processing sales invoices & verifying related customers’ purchase orders and also posting to customers’ accounts.

v Perform journal entries for account payables, account receivables, expenses, sales and purchases areas.

v Maintaining thorough, well organized accounts receivable customer files by scanning documents and sorting and filing by customer.

v Identify daily transactions in bank accounts.

v Reconcile different bank accounts and imprest/petty cash accounts.

v Issue the credit/debit notes to the customers, Suppliers and subsidiaries companies.

v Provide timely and accurate payment processing by processing accounts payable due balances.

v Review all supplier invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to process payment.

v Check & record transportations costs and logistic charges and verify in accordance with signed agreements.

v Maintains financial security by following internal controls.

vSubstantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.

Programmer

Job Description:

Programming CNO tools that incorporate covert means of execution, file storage, network communications, and data exfiltration for Windows, UNIX, and/or mobile operating systems.

Demonstrated ability to administer and use hardware and software reverse engineering tools, - Advanced knowledge of wireless standards (802.11a, 802.11b, 802.11g, 802.11n, 802.11ac, 802.11ad) and 802.1X authentication.

Individual will configure, troubleshot, and test wireless networks utilizing 802.1X authentication (RADIUS and/or TACACS authentication servers)

Advanced knowledge of layer 2/layer 3 technologies (Ethernet, VLAN, bridging, STP, 802.1q, 802.3ad, TCP/IP, DHCP, MPLS), SNMP, HTTP, Linux/Unix/Mac OS X, and Windows operating systems

Multi-protocol data network experience with a strong knowledge of routing and routed protocols including, but not limited to TCP/IP, EIGRP, BGP, OSPF. - Experience with packet/protocol fault analysis for common IP and Ethernet protocols and troubleshooting wired and wireless connections using wireless traffic analyzers (Wireshark, TCPDUMP, Omnipeek, etc.)

IT COORDINATOR (IOS)

GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

·         Install configure troubleshoot Switches (Cisco, Planet, Huawei)

·         Configuration of VLans and trunking.

·         Cable Crimping and Cable management.

·         Install configure troubleshoot Cisco IP Phones.

·         Install configure troubleshoot Wi-Fi Access Points.

·         Install configure troubleshoot IP Cameras.

·         Oversee Ether and Fiber Cable Network.

·         Hands on experience of CAT6 Cable crimping, testing, and tracing.

·         Troubleshooting skills of different IP, DNS, DHCP problems

·         Installation of MS Office and Office 365.

·         Install configure troubleshoot Outlook.

SOFTWARE SECTION HEAD - (1) 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

v  Overall / Operational responsibility to design, develop, enhanced, test and implement software as per the requirements of user department.

v  Overall / Operational responsibility for time estimation for software product delivery.

v  Overall / Operational responsibility to provide ongoing support for the developed software systems. Resolve software complaints from users.

v  Overall / Operational responsibility to maintain procedures for data security.

v  Overall / Operational responsibility to protect data / programs on server from unauthorized modifications by controlling users Server access and file access rights.

v  Overall / Operational responsibility to maintain, validate & update program library and file library.

v  Overall / Operational responsibility to maintain & updating software system versioning.

v  Overall / Operational responsibility for training to personnel/departments for the ERP related software’s etc.

v  Overall / Operational responsibility to maintain & updating documentations, filling records, reports, logs and correspondence.

v  Overall / Operational responsibility to provide technical & system (Software Developing / Database) support to the senior & software developer/programmer as and when required.
