Duties & Responsibilities
1. Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients & partners by understanding their focus and needs, and anticipating them in advance.
2. Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by selling company products to new and existing customers.
3. Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive sales.
4. Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales.
5. Researching competitors' products and pricing as well as market conditions.
6. Keeping abreast of the latest industry developments by attending meetings, training workshops, and industry events.
7. Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
8. Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.
9. Strategically negotiating with potential and existing customers to close sales and to maximize profits .
10. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives .
11. Stay current with company offerings .
Qualification & Skills:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Businesses Administration, or related field .
· Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities.
· Ability to understand client needs, and negotiate costs and services.
· Experience in sales & customer service management.
· Effective communication and negotiation skills.
· Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
Requirement :
1. Visa 18 or visa 22
3. Must hold a Kuwait driving license .
4. Bilingual
