The value analysis specialist will be responsible for overseeing strategies for standardization / rationalization projects across HMC, ensuring all activities within five other sections under Supply Chain Management are delivering the best value, meet compliance and contribute to cost savings / spend reduction and operational efficiencies.

We seek an accomplished scientific leader to serve as Director of TRI. The Director will set and execute the Institute’s vision; build high-performing, diverse teams; and deliver a robust pipeline of translational programs through preclinical development and into early clinical evaluation. The Director reports to the Chief of Scientific, Academic and Faculty Affairs and serves as the primary ambassador to government entities, healthcare systems, universities, and industry partners.

3. Executive Director Cancer Research Institute

The Director provides strategic, scientific, and operational leadership for a fully integrated cancer research enterprise encompassing basic discovery, translational science, early-phase drug development, clinical trials, population sciences, prevention research, and data-driven oncology. This role defines long-term vision, builds world-class programs aligned with Qatar’s national health strategy, secures diversified funding, and ensures research excellence, safety, and compliance. The Director also serves as a scientific ambassador for HMC and leads recruitment, mentorship, and the development of a high-performance research culture.

Key responsibilities:-

  • Develop and implement a 5–10-year cancer research strategy with measurable KPIs
  • Develop GMP/GTP-compliant cell-therapy production, bioinformatics, AI, biostatistics, and data platforms.
