The role drives enterprise-wide automation initiatives designed to improve operational efficiency, simplify workflows and enhance employee experience through scalable automation solutions.

3. Key Responsibilities

• Define and champion an enterprise automation vision and roadmap.
• Lead automation specialists and support performance, coaching and professional development.
• Oversee design, development and deployment of automated workflows across business functions.
• Establish governance for security, compliance and operational integrity.
• Identify high-value automation use cases with business teams and translate needs into solutions.
• Manage automation vendors and coordinate with IT, HR, Finance and Operations.
• Track automation performance and drive continuous optimisation.

4. Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer & Communications, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
• 10 years of experience in a similar role.
• At least 5 years in IT, digital transformation or automation.
• Strong understanding of workflow design, process automation and lifecycle management.
• Experience leading teams and engaging stakeholders.
