2. Job Description

The Electrical Technician performs preventive maintenance, diagnoses electrical faults, repairs defective components and assists with new equipment installation while coordinating with production and mechanical maintenance teams and following workplace safety and quality standards.

3. Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections of electrical equipment and systems to ensure functionality and safety.
• Identify and analyze electrical faults that may occur during production-line operation.
• Repair or replace defective electrical components and help restore equipment operation efficiently.
• Assist with installation and setup of new electrical equipment and connections to production lines according to factory standards.
• Follow technical updates in electrical equipment and use modern tools to support maintenance efficiency.
• Comply with factory safety standards and procedures to reduce electrical hazards.
• Work closely with production and mechanical maintenance teams to maintain continuous operation and reduce downtime.
• Document maintenance and repair activities and prepare technical reports on equipment condition and future needs.

4. Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance.
• Knowledge of PLC control systems and automation principles.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.

• Previous experience in an industrial production environment is preferred.
