2. Job Description
The role supports core HR operations including payroll and benefits, HR administration, employee relations, onboarding, offboarding and employee-experience projects, while contributing to the OneOoredoo transformation program.
3. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end HR services support and resolve employee-service requests.
- Process monthly payroll, reconciliations, pension inputs and contractor payments while protecting confidentiality.
- Administer employee benefits, insurance, claims, leave and related payments in line with policy.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes and maintain accurate employee records.
- Coordinate with Finance, Legal, IT, auditors, insurers, QFC and social-insurance authorities as required.
- Support the OneOoredoo transformation including data migration, testing, process documentation, issue tracking and reporting validation.
4. Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Management or a related field.
- At least 3 years in a similar role; around 5 years of HR work experience is preferred.
- Experience with HR best practices, payroll, benefits and policy administration.
- Knowledge of Qatari employment law and QFC regulations.
5. Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- A recognized professional HR diploma is an added advantage.
- GCC experience is an advantage.
