The job holder is responsible for fulfilling wholesaler/point of sale/grocery orders and achieving sales targets while following pre-established policies and procedures. They are also involved in solving simple escalating problems.
Major accounts :
Achieving Zain sales targets by leading and visiting a network of sub-agents and motivating them to increase sales daily.
Plan a monthly roadmap for resellers/sub-dealers taking into account the reseller/sub-agent rating and frequency of visits.
Implement field operations policies and procedures.
Generate new users for sellers and merchants who will participate to increase market share.
Carry out assigned activities in a defined area with direct supervision.
Understand sales plans and participate in achieving goals and objectives.
Maintain relationships and fully align with wholesalers/POS/Grocery and share market insights on daily basis.
Measure and report sales performance on a regular basis, and help identify achievements and weaknesses to ensure that targets set for each wholesaler/point of sale/grocery are met.
Conduct scheduled visits to the wholesaler/point of sale/grocery to ensure the availability of Zain products/services in the market and to get market trends and insights.
Implement stock replenishment system and ensure all wholesalers/POS/Grocery are well served at all times.
Anticipate demand for stock items based on historical data and achieved results and assist in determining required quantities in coordination with relevant entities and teams in order to mitigate stock out risks.
Provide required information and support to the Wholesaler / POS / Grocery and ensure that everyone complies with the same process and regulations.
Explore and report on new potential wholesalers/point of sale/grocery opportunities for business. development purposes.
Resolve wholesaler/point of sale/grocery issues and issues in a timely manner so as not to impact sales targets; Ask for supervisor support when needed.
Carry out up-selling and cross-selling when possible, to provide customers with complete packages and increase Zain revenue.
