Detailed Job Description & Responsibilities
As an HSE Specialist on-site, your technical expertise will be crucial for hazard identification and the implementation of site-specific safety plans. You will lead safety inductions and conduct regular audits to safeguard the workforce and project assets.
- Execute daily site inspections to ensure strict adherence to Infrastructure safety regulations and building codes.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and manage permit to work (PTW) systems for high-risk construction activities.
- Monitor environmental safety standards and ensure all personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols are strictly followed.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and safety performance analytics for the HSE Management team.
Professional Requirements & Qualifications
To qualify for this high-paying safety job, candidates must demonstrate a strong technical background in civil engineering safety and hold internationally recognized certifications.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in infrastructure and building projects is mandatory.
