Job: Homecare Supervisor
Location: Doha, Qatar
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Supervision and Coordination:
- Supervise clinical and administrative operations in collaboration with the Director of Nursing and ensure compliance with MOPH standards and internal policies.
- Assume a leadership role and act as the Director of Nursing's backup after hours.
Staff Support:
- Assist staff with clinical issues and guide them in making sound decisions.
- Serve as a resource person in areas of patient care and administration to resolve issues within a specific time frame.
Emergency Response:
- Coordinate activities as per policy and procedures and respond to all emergency situations.
Planning and Evaluation:
- Participate in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs and share clinical and administrative knowledge with staff.
Competency Development:
- Assist nurses in identifying staff who require education and training to meet performance standards and best practices.
Patient Care Management:
- Coordinate patient care management for all assigned shifts.
Personnel Supervision:
- Exercise good judgment and leadership skills at all times and ensure fairness to all staff.
Interacting with External Agencies:
- Notify outside agencies of patients with infectious diseases as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) (preferred Master’s in Public Health).
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Qatar.
Experience:
- At least 5 years as a Nurse and 3 years in a supervisory role in a homecare setting.
Skills:
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to make sound decisions under different circumstances.
- Effective communication skills with both staff and patients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.

المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- الإشراف والتنسيق:
- يشرف على العمليات السريرية والإدارية بالتعاون مع مدير التمريض، ويضمن الامتثال لمعايير وزارة الصحة العامة (MOPH) والإجراءات الداخلية.
- يتولى دور القيادة ويعمل كبديل لمدير التمريض بعد ساعات العمل.
- دعم الموظفين:
- يقدم الدعم للموظفين في القضايا السريرية، ويوجههم في اتخاذ القرارات الصحيحة.
- يعمل كمورد رئيسي للموظفين في مجالات رعاية المرضى والإدارة لحل المشكلات ضمن إطار زمني محدد.
- الاستجابة للطوارئ:
- ينسق الأنشطة وفقًا للسياسات والإجراءات اللازمة وفقًا للوضع ويستجيب لجميع الحالات الطارئة.
- التخطيط والتقييم:
- يشارك في تخطيط وتنفيذ وتقييم البرامج ويشارك المعرفة السريرية والإدارية مع الفريق.
- تطوير الكفاءات:
- يساعد الممرضين في تحديد الموظفين الذين يحتاجون إلى التعليم والتدريب لتحقيق معايير الأداء الأمثل.
- إدارة رعاية المرضى:

- درجة بكالوريوس في التمريض (BSN) (يفضل الماجستير في الصحة العامة).
- ترخيص كممرض مسجل (RN) في قطر.
الخبرات:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كممرض و 3 سنوات في منصب إشرافي في بيئة الرعاية المنزلية.
المهارات:
- مهارات قيادة ممتازة وقدرة على اتخاذ قرارات صائبة في الظروف المختلفة.
- مهارات التواصل الفعال مع الموظفين والمرضى.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة ومتغيرة.
