  • إعداد وثائق السياسة والإستراتيجية وخطط العمل لمؤسسات السكك الحديدية المملوكة للدولة مع التركيز على الشحن والخدمات اللوجستية.
  • النماذج المالية لمؤسسات السكك الحديدية المملوكة للدولة والخاصة.
  • الخبرة في دراسات السوق المبنية على البحث المكتبي والبحث الميداني وتحليل الطلب حسب أنواع السلع.
  • معرفة تفصيلية بعمليات تشغيل السكك الحديدية ضمن شبكة دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي 
  • المعرفة والخبرة في التعامل مع أصحاب المصلحة في الخليج العربي.

  • إعداد وثائق السياسة والإستراتيجية وخطط العمل لمؤسسات السكك الحديدية المملوكة للدولة مع التركيز على الشحن والخدمات اللوجستية.
  • النقل: النقل المشترك (السكك الحديدية + الطرق) - العمليات، والمعدات المتحركة.
  • اللوجستيات: تصميم مراكز النقل واللوجستيات، تصميم محطات النقل متعددة الوسائط بما في ذلك تحديد الأبعاد، والنمذجة الاقتصادية، وتصميم نموذج الأعمال.
