1. Facility Engineer - Mechanical - Temporary Hire

Job Description:

  • To supervise and control the installation, maintenance, repair and testing of a wide range of mechanical equipment in a safe manner, in accordance with procedures and accepted technical standards.
  • The equipment includes, but not limited to cooling towers, condensers & chilled water pumps, Tertiary pumps, ozone generators, air compressors, fire pumps, water treatment systems, Sanitary fixtures, vacuum pumps, wet and dry sprinkler systems, pipework related to water and irrigation systems and associated equipment like motorized valves, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of all rotating equipment’s (Pumps & compressors)
  • The implementation of preventive & corrective maintenance activities for all the mechanical equipment’s (Pumps, compressors, engines, gear reducers & valves)
  • Analyze breakdowns, diagnose faults and supervise time-critical equipment repairs.
  • Schedule and obtain project material and manpower
  • Creating Root cause analysis for the equipment breakdown cases.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the field of Mechanical maintenance & an Engineering degree from a reputed university.
  • The candidate should be available in Doha for face to face interview, for a local transfer, NOC is a must

2. Field Plant Operator

Job Description:

  • Monitors, controls, starts & shutdown, Isolation & de-Isolation of water cooling process and operate the equipment.
  • Lineup and commission /de-commission all types of chilled water circulation pumps.
  • Assists maintenance the team in repairs and maintenance as directed by their supervisors.
  • Understands, prepares and monitors all types of work permits in all locations. Checks, monitors, operates and controls the equipment.
  • Ensures Permit to work procedures are effectively implemented.
  • Ensures all the safety precautions are implemented during the maintenance works. Takes proper measures in operations due to the maintenance activities.

3. Electrical Technician

Job Description:

  • Perform maintenance work on a wide range of electrical equipment
  • Complete the preventative maintenance schedule and incident reports

  • Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency calls

Job Description:

  • Maintain, Monitor and repairs of the BMS controlled systems, Carry out routine checks for correct operation and conduct troubleshooting and minor repairs of all control equipment as directed by site management and Daily/Weekly Servicing Plan.
  • Monitor the operation of the HVAC and Fire systems using the BMS to monitor performance. Adjust variables and provide adjustment as required to ensure systems are operating correctly within parameters

5. Senior Facilities Engineer - Civil

Job Description:

  • To supervise and control the maintenance of Civil facilities in a safe manner, in accordance with procedures and accepted technical standards. The facilities include state of art buildings, infrastructure, plants.
  • To provide work directions to the subordinates and contractor staff and ensure that all activities conform to policies & procedures and accepted technical standards
  • Supervises all activities of assigned personnel, performs supervisory functions at the level established by the management for the position
  • Receives and reviews incoming work requests for functioning and maintenance.
  • Processes the work requests after filling in the required materials, man-hours, and skill levels. Allocates work to subordinates and contractors, checks progress providing instructions and advice as necessary and ensures that works are completed confirming to established work standards and statutory requirements
  • At least 10 years of varied maintenance experience in the field of Civil Engineering.
  • Candidates with strong experience in Facility Management is preferred

6. Instrumentation Technician

Job Description:

  • Receives and reviews incoming work requests for repairs/maintenance to Fire Alarm system, Building Management System, Access Control System, Chiller Management System, PLC /SCADA based controlled equipment’s, pressure, temperature, flow recording and analyzing instrumentation, Audio Visual System, and other low voltage equipment’s.
  • Executes the work requests and allocates work to subordinates and contractors. Ensures that all the completed work conforms to established work standards and statutory requirements.
  • Participates in the commissioning of new projects. He reviews drawings evaluate systems, snags completed projects and assists in the generation of all relevant work reports.
  • Carries out the complex installation repair and maintenance of all the electronic and instrumentation systems in the premises. He uses proper tools and test equipment. He carries out function tests on the repairs carried out prior to reinstating the systems.
  • Assists to carry out routine and preventive maintenance.
  • Assists in commissioning activity related to new projects.
  • Inspects the work and resolves problems during work, trains subordinates in safe practices and guidelines.
  • Assists in the maintenance of records and files of work performed, in progress, and work completed. Assists in the completion of timesheets, material costs, repairs and activity reports.
  • Assists in the preparation of annual lists of spare parts, consumable materials and special tools or test equipment. Reviews consumption, discusses interchangeability with his supervisor.

7. ELV Foreman

Job Description:

  • Responsible for quality installation/maintenance of ELV systems with full compliance with client requirements.
  • The role is expected to be highly skilled and has hands-on experience in installing, cabling, terminating and pre-commissioning ELV, AV, and IT systems and to be well-aware of all the regulatory standards.
  • The role is responsible for the delivery/maintenance of quality installation and cabling works and supervision of sub-contractor technicians and ensures a healthy client & sub-contractor relation throughout the project.
  • To ensure 100% quality installation and safety on installations: Waterproofing, electric earthing to avoid power surge, safety wire installation, provision of support for heavy equipment installation on walls, etc.
  • To handle and utilize installation tools, crimping tools, fluke and OTDR testers effectively.
  • To ensure 100% compliance on safety and health standards on sites.
  • To ensure proper usage of safety equipment (including PPE) as required and intended and observe that this is also enforced among sub-contractors and third parties
  • 5 years experience in maintenance

13. Electrical Engineer FM - Temporary 2 Months

Job Description:

  • Ensures that Planned Preventative Maintenance & CM tasks are carried out following the schedule, frequency, and task lists and provides reports on any works required thereafter
  • Carries out a site inspection on a random basis to monitor the benchmark of work and schedule. Establish schedules & identify resource needs; review needs with appropriate management staff; allocate resources accordingly.
  • Participate in the development of goals and objectives make recommendations for changes and improvements to existing standards, policies, and procedures; participate in the implementation of approved policies and procedures; monitor work activities to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Carries out routine inspections for the jobs accomplished by electrical team.
  • Participate in the preparation and administration of the facility maintenance budget; submit budget recommendations; monitor expenditures; prepare cost estimates; submit justifications for equipment; monitor budget expenditures.

14. BMS Technician

Job Description:

15. Senior Boiler Supervisor

Job Description:

  • Operate, maintain, repair and diagnose low-pressure boilers, high-pressure boilers, power boilers, steam boilers, hot water heating systems and critical systems and equipment relating to the facility.
  • Complete preventive maintenance per policies procedures following the CMMS timeline ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Monitors boiler system to ensure it is operating safely, facilitates periodic boiler cleaning
  • Tests boiler water for corrosive deposits and treats the water with chemicals to prevent buildup. Maintains and updates required records for boiler operations
  • Replace defective valves, filters, or steam gauges
  • Is able to plan, organize, and prioritize work tasks. May be required to work with others in planning and scheduling for modifications and repairs to systems with minimal disruption.
  • Is alert to all aspects of equipment when responding to client requests and communicate concerns to appropriate personnel.

Job Description:

Job Description:

  • Read, understand, and troubleshoot electrical schematics, wire diagrams, 1-line and 3-line diagrams.
  • Responsible for the physical assembly, wiring and testing of control panels for electrical equipment including layout and physical mounting of components to the back panel, wiring of all components, installation of control panel onto equipment, and testing to ensure proper operation
  • Manage project specific material in an organized and neat fashion.
  • Point to point wiring of relays, controls, PLCs, I/O Modules, VFDs, Interfaces, & Instrumentation
  • Understand wiring processes and identify errors. Accuracy and neat wiring practices required.
  • Ability to follow complex instructions and diagrams.

  • الإشراف على صيانة المرافق المدنية بطريقة آمنة، وفقًا للإجراءات والمعايير الفنية المقبولة. وتشمل المرافق المباني والبنية التحتية والمصانع الحديثة.
  • توفير توجيهات العمل للموظفين التابعين والمقاولين والتأكد من أن جميع الأنشطة تتوافق مع السياسات والإجراءات والمعايير الفنية المقبولة

  • التأكد من تنفيذ كافة احتياطات السلامة أثناء أعمال الصيانة. اتخاذ التدابير المناسبة أثناء العمليات بسبب أنشطة الصيانة.

13.  مهندس كهرباء FM - مؤقت لمدة شهرين

المسمى الوظيفي:

  • يتأكد من تنفيذ مهام الصيانة الوقائية المخطط لها والصيانة الدورية وفقًا للجدول الزمني والتردد وقوائم المهام ويقدم تقارير عن أي أعمال مطلوبة بعد ذلك
  • يقوم بإجراء فحص للموقع بشكل عشوائي لمراقبة معيار العمل والجدول الزمني. وضع الجداول الزمنية وتحديد احتياجات الموارد؛ ومراجعة الاحتياجات مع موظفي الإدارة المناسبين؛ وتخصيص الموارد وفقًا لذلك.

المسمى الوظيفي:

  • صيانة ومراقبة وإصلاح أنظمة التحكم BMS، وإجراء فحوصات روتينية للتأكد من التشغيل الصحيح وإجراء استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها البسيطة لجميع معدات التحكم حسب توجيهات إدارة الموقع وخطة الخدمة اليومية / الأسبوعية.
  • مراقبة تشغيل أنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء والحرائق باستخدام نظام إدارة المباني لمراقبة الأداء. ضبط المتغيرات وتوفير التعديل حسب الحاجة لضمان تشغيل الأنظمة بشكل صحيح ضمن المعلمات

15.  مشرف أول للغلايات

المسمى الوظيفي:

  • تشغيل وصيانة وإصلاح وتشخيص الغلايات منخفضة الضغط والغلايات عالية الضغط والغلايات الكهربائية والغلايات البخارية وأنظمة تسخين المياه الساخنة والأنظمة والمعدات الحيوية المتعلقة بالمنشأة.
  • إكمال الصيانة الوقائية وفقًا لإجراءات السياسات واتباع الجدول الزمني لنظام CMMS لضمان الامتثال التنظيمي.
  • مراقبة نظام الغلايات للتأكد من تشغيلها بأمان، وتسهيل تنظيف الغلايات بشكل دوري

  • المسؤول عن التجميع المادي وتوصيل الأسلاك واختبار لوحات التحكم للمعدات الكهربائية بما في ذلك التصميم والتركيب المادي للمكونات على اللوحة الخلفية، وتوصيل جميع المكونات، وتركيب لوحة التحكم على المعدات، والاختبار لضمان التشغيل السليم
  • إدارة المواد الخاصة بالمشروع بطريقة منظمة ومرتبة.
