The Pearl Gates Decor is on a mission to build Qatar's first nationwide home interior and remodeling brand. We seek imaginative and committed individuals who take extreme ownership of their circumstances and are ready to transform spaces while exceeding client expectations.

As the Interior Design Sales Executive, you will drive sales by building strong client relationships and understanding their renovation needs. You'll coordinate and inspire subcontractors and employees to ensure high-quality and timely project completion. Additionally, you'll oversee renovation projects from start to finish, maintain clear communication with clients, and handle contracts and administrative tasks efficiently.

To succeed in this role, you should have at least three years of experience in B2C sales (aggressive sales experience is an advantage). Good communication skills in English and a positive personality are essential, along with excellent organizational and time management skills. Experience in renovation or interior design will give you a competitive edge, and a valid Qatar driving license is required.

This position is full-time with a competitive salary of QAR 7,500per month.
