• Lead project execution (11kV) including planning, construction, testing & commissioning, and handover. Manage coordination with Kahramaa, subcontractors and suppliers. Control schedule, cost, quality and HSE. Prepare progress reports, cash flow, variations/claims and closeout documents. Candidates should have a prior work experience in Kahramaa Electricity Distribution Network Works (Scheme) with a minimum of 5 years and 10 + in total.

• Overall operational management of multiple projects, ensuring performance on schedule, cost, quality and HSE. Support project teams, resolve operational issues, interface with clients/stakeholders, and drive reporting, planning and resource optimization across projects. Relevant Engineering Degree. Strong experience in Ashghal and other government Entities, Strong leadership, multi-project management, and stakeholder coordination skills. Qatar experience preferred.

1. Civil Worker (Mason, Carpentry, Painter)

Job Description:

• Perform masonry, carpentry, and painting works at construction sites.
• Follow technical drawings and site instructions.

2. Concrete Pump Operator Driver (Valid Qatar Trailer License)

Job Description:

• Operate concrete pump trucks safely and efficiently.
• Transport equipment using a valid Qatar trailer license.
• Coordinate with site teams during concrete pouring.
• Maintain vehicle and pump equipment in good condition.

3. Hydraulic Mechanic

Job Description:

• Maintain and repair hydraulic systems and machinery.
• Diagnose faults and perform corrective maintenance.
• Inspect equipment regularly to prevent breakdowns.
• Maintain maintenance records and reports.

4. Concrete Plant Supervisor

Job Description:

• Supervise daily operations of the concrete batching plant.
• Ensure production meets quality and quantity requirements.
• Manage plant staff and shift schedules.
• Ensure safety and operational standards are followed.

5. Concrete Dispatch Officer

Job Description:

• Coordinate concrete deliveries to project sites.
• Prepare dispatch schedules and delivery records.
• Communicate with drivers and site supervisors.
• Ensure timely and accurate supply of concrete.

6. Batching Plant / Ice Plant Operator

Job Description:

• Operate batching and ice plant systems efficiently.
• Monitor production parameters and material usage.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance.
• Maintain operational logs and safety standards.
