We are looking for an experienced SAP Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Position Overview
As an SAP Senior Project Manager, you will leverage your 15+ years of experience across multiple SAP modules to lead and drive project success. Your role will involve managing the end-to-end implementation of SAP projects, ensuring they meet the objectives and vision of our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong command over SAP Activate Methodology, experience in the GCC region, and fluency in Business English and Arabic.
Responsibilities
- Project & Change Management: Assist in technology and service transition projects, managing reporting, resolution of issues, risks, and dependencies. Identify planning gaps, implement risk mitigations, and drive actions to resolve issues.
- Project Leadership: Discuss and promote the business case for change with stakeholders, actively participating in and executing high-value business solutions. Oversee planning, deployment, budget management, risk management, system integration, and software development.
- Requirement Translation: Interpret customer requirements and translate them into SAP functionalities, identifying gaps and proposing technical solutions.
- Module Exploration: Lead detailed, module-specific exploration sessions to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Customer Support & Strategy: Utilize SAP’s Service Marketplace to create tickets, research solutions, review release notes, and guide customers on release strategy.
- Configuration & Resource Planning: Plan configuration and master data development, estimating resources needed to fulfill customer requirements.
- Project Success Assurance: Ensure SAP meets the project’s objectives and contributes to achieving the organization’s vision.
Qualifications
- Over 15 years of experience across two or more SAP modules or submodules
- Completed at least four full life-cycle SAP implementations from Blueprint/Explore to Go-Live
- Proficient in SAP Activate Methodology with strong understanding of module integration
- Prior experience working in the GCC region
- Fluent in Business English and Arabic
- Ability to work effectively in both pre-sales and implementation teams
- Proven experience in SAP functionality and integration to meet complex business requirements

المسؤوليات
- إدارة المشاريع والتغييرات: دعم المشاريع المتعلقة بالتكنولوجيا والانتقال إلى الخدمات، إدارة التقارير، وحل المشاكل والمخاطر، وتحديد الثغرات في التخطيط، وتطبيق تدابير للحد من المخاطر وتحفيز الإجراءات لحل القضايا.

- ترجمة المتطلبات: تفسير متطلبات العملاء وتحويلها إلى وظائف SAP، مع تحديد الفجوات وتقديم الحلول التقنية.
