Are you ready to take your engineering sales career to the next level? We are seeking a talented Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team and help us deliver exceptional engineering solutions to our clients!
Details
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing technical support to clients, and promoting our engineering solutions to meet customers' needs. The Sales Engineer will bridge the gap between our technical team and customers, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, build strong relationships with existing clients, and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Technical Expertise: Understand customer requirements, present suitable solutions, and provide technical support during and after the sales process.
- Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with key clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of Jascon Engineering’s product offerings, and provide technical demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that the client’s requirements are understood and executed correctly, from project initiation to completion.
- Market Analysis: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide relevant information to clients and improve sales tactics.
- Proposal Writing & Presentations: Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored to the client’s needs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Sales Engineer or similar role in the engineering or technical field.
- Strong technical understanding of engineering products and solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

سيكون المرشح الناجح مسؤولًا عن قيادة المبيعات، وتقديم الدعم الفني للعملاء، والترويج لحلولنا الهندسية لتلبية احتياجات العملاء. سيلعب مهندس المبيعات دور حلقة الوصل بين فريقنا الفني والعملاء، مما يضمن تجربة سلسة من الاستفسار إلى التسليم.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- المبيعات وتطوير الأعمال: تحديد ومتابعة فرص المبيعات الجديدة، وبناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء الحاليين، وتطوير استراتيجيات لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات.
- الخبرة الفنية: فهم متطلبات العملاء، وتقديم الحلول المناسبة، وتوفير الدعم الفني خلال وبعد عملية البيع.
- إدارة علاقات العملاء: بناء علاقات طويلة الأمد مع العملاء الرئيسيين من خلال فهم احتياجاتهم وتقديم حلول مخصصة لضمان رضاهم.
- معرفة المنتجات: الحفاظ على فهم عميق لمنتجات Jascon Engineering، وتقديم العروض التوضيحية الفنية والعروض التقديمية للعملاء المحتملين.
- تنسيق المشاريع: التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية لضمان فهم متطلبات العميل وتنفيذها بشكل صحيح، من بدء المشروع حتى الانتهاء.
- تحليل السوق: متابعة أحدث الاتجاهات الصناعية، وأنشطة المنافسين، والتقنيات الناشئة لتقديم المعلومات ذات الصلة للعملاء وتحسين استراتيجيات المبيعات.
- كتابة الاقتراحات والعروض التقديمية: إعداد وتقديم مقترحات مبيعات احترافية، واقتباسات، وعروض تقديمية مصممة حسب احتياجات العميل.
المؤهلات والمهارات
- درجة بكاليوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الهندسة الكهربائية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة مثبتة في دور مهندس مبيعات أو دور مماثل في مجال الهندسة أو التقنية.
- فهم فني قوي للمنتجات والحلول الهندسية.
- مهارات تواصل بين الأشخاص ممتازة.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق.
