Job Title: Leasing Consultant - Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all leasing activities for potential and existing clients.
• Provide current and prospective residents with exceptional customer service to retain residents and lease properties.
• Demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism in all dealings with residents.
• Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and online chat.
• Provide detailed information regarding specific communities and the services offered, with the goal of generating leases.
• Communicate accurately the benefits and features of the property portfolio.
• Stay informed about all promotions and leasing incentives to effectively assist clients.
• Respond courteously to resident and prospect inquiries, fulfilling reasonable requests and requirements.
• Maintain the company’s customer service and sales standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in leasing or real estate sales preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and a commitment to client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with real estate regulations and leasing processes is a plus.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

المؤهلات:

• خبرة مثبتة في التأجير أو مبيعات العقارات مفضلة.
• مهارات خدمة عملاء قوية والتزام برضا العملاء.
• مهارات تواصل ممتازة، شفهية وكتابية.
• القدرة على التعامل مع مهام متعددة والعمل في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة.
• معرفة أنظمة الإيجار واللوائح العقارية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
• إجادة استخدام برامج إدارة علاقات العملاء وغيرها من الأدوات ذات الصلة.
