About This Role
The Admin Officer & Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting sales and administrative operations. This position is the hub for internal and external coordination, document management, and marketing support activities, directly reporting to the General Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Document Control: Maintain up-to-date and organized documentation.
- Sales Team Support: Assist with quotations, order processing, and customer follow-ups.
- Marketing Initiatives: Organize and participate in local marketing events.
- Employee Engagement: Coordinate team-building activities and company events.
- ERP & SAP Management: Oversee inventory, sales order processing, and financial tracking.
- Reporting: Prepare operational reports for the General Manager.
- Cross-department Coordination: Ensure seamless collaboration across teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Proficiency in SAP and ERP systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- HVAC industry experience is an advantage.
