28.  First plan

Responsibilities:

• Acts as a focal point for planning specific project scopes.
• Review, develop and maintain planning control structures in line with the approved project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Review and maintain basic project plans and schedules using appropriate scheduling.  
• Monitor and control planning activities throughout all phases of the project life cycle.
• Communicate with engineering, procurement, construction, and other functions as needed, including third parties, to maintain awareness of project activities, their status, and their impact on the project schedule and manpower requirements.
• Provide copies of project plans and timelines as per project reports. 
• Provide copies of project progress and performance status reports in accordance with project reporting requirements.
• Review and issue updates to project plans and timelines.
• Review and issue updates to project manpower requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of the change notification schedule
• Monitor and review the overall project progress status, achievement of key milestones, and evaluate project performance in relation to planned performance.

29.  Senior Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Ability to start on your own and be able to produce electrical products with little input or guidance. 
• Good understanding of international codes and standards as well as their application 
• High level of proficiency in electrical system design (single-line diagrams [SLD's], protection and control schemes for example) 
• Experience in developing and issuing the following products - Electrical design basis, specifications, standards, load tables, protection schemes, measurement and calculations (load, cable size, battery, equipment size), familiarization with power system studies (short circuit, load flow, emergency, motor starting, harmonic studies), relay settings, power adequacy, lighting/earthing/lightning protection, electrical layouts (equipment, cables, trays, conduits, trenches), verification of zone classification layouts and data sheets for major equipment, preparation of inquiry packages for HV and LV switchgear, transformers, drive systems and UPS devices 
• Review and inspect these electrical products to ensure accuracy and compliance with scope of work prior to release. 
• Knowledge of SKM, ETAP or SPEL software packages  
• May act as lead engineer and/or technical lead as needed on small to medium complexity projects. In this capacity, will take responsibility and ownership for cost, schedule, resource allocation and risk.  
• May supervise a small work group of engineers and designers with some training from the lead engineer, or may provide advice and guidance in the area of ​​specialization to others. 
• Assist with administrative tasks as requested, such as assigning tasks to engineers; planning and coordinating portions of engineering work; preparing scopes, schedules, and budgets; attending project meetings; and developing less experienced technical professionals

Responsibilities:

• Reports to the Chief Technical Safety Engineer
• Provide training and guidance to direct staff.
• Effectively supports recruitment, selection, transfer and promotion of resources to meet succession and business plans.
• Support the development and retention of motivated and qualified people.
• Ensuring the efficiency of representatives
• Direct Report Performance Management
• Continuously promote and adhere to specialty procedures and provide feedback on continuous improvement.
• Support the development and delivery of technical safety and assurance standards expectations.
• Participate in accident investigations as needed.
• Representing the Operations Department in the EMEA region in the contract
• Setting performance expectations for direct reports
• Effectively maintain self-efficacy and continuous development
• Technically competent in his specialty, actively maintains his competence according to standards and seeks continuous professional development

32.  Project Commercial Officer

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the project operates in accordance with Wood’s commercial policies and procedures, including delegation of commercial authority.
• Leading commercial activities through the project life cycle from negotiation of contract terms through contract delivery to commercial close.
• Ensure that the contract is set up correctly in the appropriate working system.
• Develop and implement business processes that support compliance with Wood's obligations under the contract.
• Implement and ensure compliance with the financial management framework.
• Review project commercial strategies to ensure best commercial solutions are deployed for Wood and the client.
• Ensure that any necessary contractual notices are provided in accordance with the terms of the contract, including client approvals, reporting requirements, and preparation and submission of change requests and contract amendments.
• Ensure that project KPI charts, as necessary, are managed in accordance with the terms of the contract.
• Contribute directly to the creation of value and business gains for Wood and the client.
• Establish confidentiality agreements, assist clients with contracting strategy, and prepare pre-qualifications and invitations to bid for licensees and contractors.
• Providing assistance in handling subcontracting inquiries, evaluating bids, and supporting in negotiating and finalizing contract documents.
• Manage project work schedules and ensure they are approved on time so invoices are not delayed.
• Ensure that payments to WOOD are made in accordance with the terms of the contract.
• Expediting the customer in case of any delay in paying the invoice.
